The Bink gin is a gin from the Sterkstokers distillery, a local distillery where gins, elixirs and vermouth are traditionally made with a lot of passion.
The gin has a unique recipe. It has leathery notes, an alcohol percentage of 38% and is distilled in the Kempen. The gin gets its special aroma by adding gale, the fruit of a typical Kempen shrub. Surprisingly it’s sweet and fresh, with a soft taste and a slightly bitter aftertaste. The spice cardamom, one of the oldest in the world, gives this exceptional flavour.
There are 70 cl and 20 cl bottles available. For the 70 cl bottle you pay 37 euros and 11 euros for the 20 cl bottle. The Bink gin is on sale at Toerisme & UiT.
